Naturally Gourmet Cooking Show in California

Had a wonderful time in Fallbrook, California with my friend, Karen Houghton. 14 half hour shows were filmed in 7 days-it was a cooking marathon! Be sure to tune into the HOPE channel on direct TV in January to view these informative programs. Dr Wes Youngberg is on every show commenting on the value of the different foods used in preparing the finished products and giving many health tips. My favorite was this: research proves that the larger the bowel movement the less hospitals and doctors are needed and the smaller the bowel movement the more hospitals and drs are needed!
