It was a pretty special birthday for me this year. Ed and I won a $20 gift certificate to the restaurant 2510, we had a cheap date accompanied by our son Bob, Jen and kids. Afterward we went to Bob and Jen's home where Jen had made a very tasty German choc cake for me! Yummy.
Ed's 36 inch northern pike he caught summer of '08 in our Lake-Dubay....just a short distance from our house!
Friends we went on a mission trip in 1988 came to visit from Texas: Mike and Vicki Flugstad. Mike was a nursing home administrator along with Ed for ALC in the 80's.
This is a picture of my clothes in the closet after Jen, my daughter-in-law organized it. It will never look this good again!
This is Joy's first quilt made with alot of love for grandson Alec. Also made a matching pillow case. It was fun.
