Our daugter-in-law caught a 4 lb catfish off the pier. We haven't fished out of the boat for awhile since fishing has been good right off the pie. We have been catching crappies, walley, northern, and white bass.

this is the DNR, does that said daughter-in-law have a Wisconsin Fishing licence?
