Today I planted most of the cool weather crops. I finally got my soil report from the UW Extension and found out all I needed was some nitrogen. They said to use plain lawn fertilizer with the highest nitrogen number. So spread it on and tilled it in with the new rototiller my kids helped purchase for my birthday and mother's day. Proceded to plant onions, beets, lettuce, spinach, carrots and radishes. The asparagus is just starting to come up.
